The City of Concord currently operating under Mandatory Water Restrictions Level III. At this stage of water use restrictions, the goal is to reduce water usage by 10% to 20% (or more). During a Declared Level III Water Emergency, the following mandatory water use restrictions shall be in effect for the public water system served by the City.
